  • Booking: Services are provided by appointment only. Booking confirms your agreement to these Terms and our service-specific terms.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Prices are in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Generally, refunds are not available once a service has been delivered.

Educational Nature of Services

It is crucial to understand that our services are educational in nature. We provide information and guidance to help you understand financial concepts and make informed decisions. However:
